Keynote: Amy D. Grubb, Ph.D


Amy D. Grubb, Ph.D. is an internationally acclaimed speaker who is currently serving as the Digital Transformation Advisor to the CIO at the FBI and the founder of Organizational Insights. A two-time FBI Director’s Award for Excellence recipient, she built the organizational development function at the FBI as well as led the development and implementation of an integrated Leadership Development Program for which she was awarded the SIOP/SHRM HR Impact Award. 

Amy is also the Chair of the Bombardier Safety Standdown Advisory Council and is on the American Psychological Association Change Management Advisory Board. A Fellow of SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology), she earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.
